I purchased my product online/over the phone. How can I make a return or exchange?

Customers who purchased their item directly from Hoka ONE ONE, either through the customer service center or, are permitted to return their item(s) within 30 days of the original invoice for any reason, including products that have been worn or used. Purchases made after January 8th, 2014 from our call center or website will come with a prepaid return label, located on the bottom of the original invoice. To return your product(s) using this label, please fill out the included return form, place that in the box with the product(s), attach the prepaid label to the box, and take it to the US Postal Service for free shipping. If you no longer have your invoice or prepaid label, please contact customer service here. If you choose not to use the prepaid return label included and instead pay for the return shipping yourself, please obtain and keep a tracking number for your records. Do not discard this information until you receive confirmation that your return has been processed by our warehouse. Additionally, we are not able to reimburse return shipping charges accrued by customers who do not use our prepaid return label, nor are we responsible for packages lost in transit.
