What is the Warranty for HOKA ONE ONE® Footwear, and How Does This Work?

HOKA ONE ONE® Limited Warranty

 

Deckers Outdoor Corporation (“HOKA ONE ONE®”) warrants that its footwear products (“Products”) will be free from material defects, damage caused by improper care prior to the time of purchase, and workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.  All warranty claim items sent to HOKA ONE ONE® which are beyond one year from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law.  This warranty also does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration of the product, or negligence.

HOKA ONE ONE® will replace or exchange a defective Product that is covered by this limited warranty or will offer website credit in the amount of the purchase price of the Product. Please note that if a web site credit is provided as a result of this evaluation, such credit will expire if not used within one year from the date of issue of the credit. Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks.  Replacement/exchange items will be shipped via UPS Ground at no cost to the customer.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.  Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.  Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Under no circumstances shall HOKA ONE ONE® be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability.  Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing these items.

 

**Reminder**

 

HOKA ONE ONE® is not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you ship your package via UPS, FedEx or USPS with a tracking number. Please keep your tracking information until the warranty claim process is complete.

 

Packages cannot be hand delivered to the warehouse for safety reasons.
